Hello Marcelo,

For video signals, a spectrum of about 5 MHz is mandatory !
This is difficult to get by software with a plain vanilla MCS51 chip.

The XESS CSoC E5 card as a VGA output controlled by
logic cells of an integrated FPGA (512 cells).
This is certainly the best chip for all not kasher uses.
