I've used the 87c51 before, and nothing is as easy as connecting the clock / power and EA to the correct level.
When you write or assemble your code, there is no difference between internal and external EPROM. BUT ! you'll prefer a flash upgradeble device after 10 versions of your code. So, why not starting with a flash device? Best Regards. |
