#19639 - Need faster than 121 ns instruction time |
Hello experts,
I am currently using Dallas DS87C520 that runs quickly at clock speed 33MHz, divided by 4 to get 121 single instruction speed. Is there a FASTER 8051-8052 type microprocessor chip out there that still has Eprom with security? Thank you very much for any help you can give. Sincerely, Bill Jensen |
