Yes, it will be tight, propably a 40 Pin DIP style package - like the bigger Stamps. The only Stamp properties it will have is physical size and ease of use other than that it will be way more powerful and flexible and propably less than 40USD.

Loading interpreted Basic as an option is certainly a possiblity, good idea actually.
