It's not impossible. We like to call them "forced landings" rather than "crashes" in the aviation industry. :)

The thing about model airplanes is that when the plane is comming towards you left and right controls are reversed than when going away from you. makes it more difficult to control.

Exactly. Just like when controlling an RC car, which I do have. Like I said, I tend to crash into walls and stuff when controls are reversed. That is why I shudder to think of what I'd do to an RC plane flying in the sky and getting my controls all mixed up. That's why I want a video feed! That way I can mostly look at my screen and see the world as I would see it if I were really in the plane flying it.

And beeing a pilot like yourself doesnt necessarily make you a good remote control pilot, you still need lots of training.

Agreed. I'm used to sitting in the cockpit and seeing reality, not standing on the ground looking at the plane and trying to visualize things from there.

On a slightly related topic, I've taken off and landed hundreds of times flying a real plane. I have yet, however, to land a single time successfully in Microsoft Flight Simulator. :)

video feeds would be 3rd step.

Does it already exist, or does someone still need to develop that? If there are RC planes with video feeds then I'd have to look at buying one of those. It'd be lots of fun. But without video, I'd probably end up crashing more planes than you.
