You must absolutely NOT use the Public network to verify your designs!!!!!!!!!

My phone line at home is noisy for the internet but ok for speech, i keep phoning the phone company they say its ok and they never do anything!
I'm tempted to plug their phone line wires into my 220V mains in the middle of the night. and keep doing it till they fix the problem.
