You need to know exactly what maximum frequency and amplitude Mahmood wants to exclude before selecting the actuator I think. The voice coil could be levered up mechanically to increase its movement at the expense of more force. Voice coils are easy to fabricate yourself too. I used several as laser scanners once, they were fast enough and powerful enough, but I had crappy feedback.
