"I don't see anything ugly when using All UPPERCASE"

TEXT IN ALL UPPERCASE IS HARD TO READ AS IT HAS NO "SHAPE" (so I'll stop now - before someone accuses me of shouting!)
I was thinking particularly of comments, but I think it also applies to symbol names.

BTW: i (sic) also find it ugly when people write in all lowercase - ignoring where capitals should properly be used in normal English (UNIX types are particularly prone to this).
