Hello,

I am using nvram DS1225 in my 8031 application. The chip select of the nvram is given through the suupervisory chip MAX 691. The RESET of the 8031 is also given through the same chip.

At times, The data in the NVRAM gets corrupted when the instrument is switched ON or there is a light fluctuation.

Please guide me how to overcome this problem of data corruption.
