Hi Mohit,

I made also bad experince tu use SRAM to hold data after power down
Its to easy, that a small spikes cause a wrong write cycle.

Always good experince I made with serial EEPROM (24Cxx) or parallel Flash with software data protection.
These devices need a long write enable sequence, which can not be happen accidentally.
