I used the DS1225 without any supervisor in CS, the chip has it´s own.
The most times it don't loose the datas, however some times it losse. I changed the power supply for one better. And i change the code for one more "stable". In case i detected that the 8052 works with less voltage than the memory and when the suply falls down made strange things. |
