2, How do you get it i.e. which distributor you have contact..
3, Any other tips. I like to check diffrent controllers for the very best performance and for very cheap in cost. (its my kind of hobby).

Muhammad Tahir, i found out that electronics products are cheap in lahore. I only visited once in lahore, (on job assignment in Qadafi stadium), At that time i have purchased a capture card and found out it is 300Rs cheaper then one available in karachi. Next time i visited to lahore, i will visit to Hall road.
