The problem is that the 89c51Rx+, 89c51Rx2 and 89c66x are not distributed by Digi-Key, RS and Farnell

I would like to find the 89c668 but in my country, the minimum order I've found is 200$
As I only want a few parts, ...

So, I'm looking for a foreign distributor of this chip agree to sell a few part
