Hi Andy,
Frankly, I have never used anything from Silicon Labs, so I really couldn't tell :o). The only thing I do have against them is that they require you to register before you can access their data :o( What I would have against their Silicon DAA products is that they still require a whole bunch of external components, whereas the Zarlink DAA's (like the MH88437 that I use) are completely self-contained modules. I would need to 'delve deeper' to give a more balanced opinion, but that's my first impression, anyway. Rob. |
