For 512k you need 8 banks og 64k. Then you need A16,A17,A18. Select some pin ports for this use.
You must access to the memory in banks. i.e. you want to access to 1c07fh . Put in DPTR c07fh . Put in your high bits 001b (port pins) . then read or write. |
