Hi all,
Now i am able to access the 512kB of external memory by 8051, using the 74hc573 latch.but here i am facing one problem.
I am getting exact result when i write data into only one location(any where in b/w 512k) and reading from that location only..
suppose if i write the data into some locations (ex: 10000h to 2FFFFh) and if i am trying to read from only one location in b/w the above mentiond range then it is returning some garbage value..
why this is happening??
i am getting extact result only when i write into one laction and reading fron that only..
why it is not happening in some range of locations??
pls suggest me.....
