Here you will find your data sheet. It is the one for the Atmel part numbers T89C51RB2/RC2. It is indeed the 02/02 version. Once you are at this page with your browser simply save the .PDF file to your hard disk and you will be in possesion of the latest WEB posted data sheet.

Finally if you look on page 98 on the lower section of the page you will see the comment that reads as follows:

<big>User application should take care to release hardware conditions (PSEN LOW, EA HIGH) 24 clock cycles after falling edge of reset signal.</big>
