I understand not the problem on connecting PSEN to GND. The Jumper can drive all the needed current.

I found nothing in the data sheet, that this connection must be removed after the falling edge of reset (T89C51CC01 data sheet Rev. 4129E–8051–03/02).

So this state must be without any danger.
