Then your 57K limit is correct and the system has sized your ram correctly

Anyways, to solve my problem I am experimenting with a section I found in the manual. The part about how a BASIC program is stored. I am trying to write an assembly program to call while I am in BASIC that will transmit out the TXD the BASIC program I load in.

You don't need assembler to do this. Use BASIC ! its much easier all you need to do is read XBY (2000??) to the end of your program and print it to the screen, you can do that at the command prompt.
