You can get a free program from the web site of Alta-Engineering. Look for the "download" link and then pick the file PLAN2.ZIP. This is a logic compiler once made and given out by National. From the same download page download the file PLDTUTOR.PDF. That file has some examples showing PLAN2 source for some GAL architecture type devices.
