Although I condemn copyright theft (and have done here frequently), this may or may not be the case here - you would have to check the precise licence terms. AMD may well have given the software away free anyway.

Also, it's very old, obsolete software, and AMD have been out of the business for so long that I doubt very much that they'd bother to pursue it - even if their licence terms do technically forbid it!
