No way, I do issue RTFMs when the FM describes it better than me or when the question show a total ignorance of the basic workings of the '51, not just lack of understanding of a specific point.

As far as handles go, my main objection is that when they sneak in suddenly you see the obscene ones as jez points out one of, not to mention the grossly obscene we saw a month or two ago. To censure handles and allow only non-obscene ones would be unrealistic, thus I totally support the no handles policy. If anyone want to be anonymous they can use "John Smith" or such, that will not lead to obscene attempts to be "cute".
