#35610 - 24c65 upper addressing problem(s) |
Hello Mr. Bart vanveldhoven (or who ever),
I think you need to read the data sheet some more. You are handling things in two kilo block and the device like things in four kilo blocks. Your first two blocks (four kilo bytes) read and write successfully but the next block fail. You also didn't mention whether you are using random writes or pages writes. There is some special handling when using these two modes. You might be intermixing these and that is why the device is not doing what you want. Also develop a thicker skin for criticism on this forum. Yes, the people here are smarter than your average bear and they tend to have shorter fuses to people to deviate from the normal. It is apparent to me you have given this a great deal of thought and a little more thinking you will have the answer you seek. That's the way of this business. Good luck, Charles Bannister |
