I agree with Steve and Craig as far as it shuts up the other incompetents who can't conceive of anything working on less than a 200 Gig hertz, trillion terabyte windows box, nor could they write code that ran on it; however, when these types start complaining about recursion on a microcontroller, they show that they are infected with a variety of the same virus.
As far as the point I tried to make it was that declaring a microprocessor project the winner of a microcontroller contest because it was kluged into the specified device hardly makes sense. I am sure there were entries that used the microcontroller for what it is intended for. I remember the first ever contest for a microcontroller I saw (the 4004 was IT, nothing else) was won by a device controlling the amount of a flush based on whether the toilet seat was up or not.
