#37675 - Is MCT2E better?
I've given the design a fair thought today and as I was going through the datasheet of MCT2E opto-coupler, I understood that it can be used as well for interfacing the 24v Contact sensors to my system with an added advantage of opto-isolation. So, Can I use the MCT2E instead of 1489 (level translator) and get both the advantages?

REgards,
Harsha.
