RTFM (again ...)

Checked the datasheet right in front of me, indeed no CKCON for my controller and default 12 clock.

So the problem now seems to be: how do I get the thing to run on 12x clock? Obviously Flash Magic doesn't do the job properly and my parallel controller can only read and not write this configuration fuse.
