	Hi Mehmet, If you are using a 'standard' 4093 it is probably not able to drive the input of your GAL fast enough. Standard CMOS has lousy drive capability. Try replacing it with a HCT132, which is also a quad 2-input ST-NAND (they might even be pin compatible, but I'm not sure). Best regards, Rob.
