Well suggesting a Guru is like a proverb that goes in our culture.

"Showing a torch to the Sun"

Still I would like to ask why a photo link is neccessary to monitor each LED ?

If photo link is not that essential then simply tap the data that goes to the matrix. It will indicate which LED is Glowing.

Please give me a hint why photo monitoring is necessary.
