Babar, try this idea...

there are 7x5 led to lite, correct?
there must be row/column decoding technique.
Visually you have 7 rows and 5 column. So the pin out must include the row/column.

These are the secret:
- single led constructed like simple diode
- if the column is anode so the row is cathode (or the opposite ways)
- test it with your multimeter
