Call me crazy, but the windmill idea seems just as much of a mechanical problem as it is electrical. Are you looking for someone to design both the power processor and the windmill assembly (housing, vanes, spec the generator)?
It seems to me that after all the mechanical factors are considered, a stationary solar cell array would look pretty appealling considering the small amound of power involved. - Lee Cross |
