One item that was missing in your original request was a specification for the parts you want to use. Many parts come in different packages, and thus need to be specified.

If I gave you a pcb layout for surface mount packages, and all your parts were through-hole, the layout wouldn't be very useful. Even if you did have surface mount parts, but you had 0603 size capacitors and such, and my layout used 0201 you're still out of luck.

Which brings up another missing item, your required decoupling/bypass capacitors...
