Thanks. The B&B isolator that you had recommended is the one that I was looking for. Since I am in India, getting it directly will be cumbersome - I will have to look for equivalents from the RS Components stock. Will do.

Nice to hear from you. Yes I fully agree that one is well off if he can handle all analog channels in differential mode. But the problem comes in with some sensor suppliers who insist on using thier signal conditioners and you end up with a simple ground refernced output.
