Actually, I'm very impressed by your IDE- HDD design with 80C320(Dallas) + PSD813F1 or PSD834F2(From ST), is everything working smoothly by using this structure?? Do you have any reference design(schematics and codes) can be be shared as reference. By the way, what's the X'tal frequency you are using for the DS80C320?? if I use a 12 cycle standard 8051, may I still able to control the IDE-HDD by 8051 + PSD834F2??

I had used 8032 + PSD813F2 before, but not in the same application, now I'm trying see if I can use this to access the HDD or CF or NAND Gate Flash? Do you have any idea?
