Forget to say,

ST is providing a new uPSD32XX family, it contains all the features of Flash PSD but also integrated a standard 8032 core with many usefule IPs.

One of my friends had design a board by uPSD3234A and a Altera FPGA, the uPSD is behave as a FPGA loader in my friend's application. which means, while power up, the uPSD load the FPGA configuraion from it's internal Big Flash to the FPGA. They also use the dual bank flash inside the uPSD to implement an upgrade feature.
..... I borrow a board from him and testing it now...
