Jay, doesn't that require that one should first run the wheel at every possible RPM and note the corresponding speed of the vehicle ??

Or just take a couple of initial low speed readings, and a couple of reading at the higher speed extreme, plot the two ends on a graph and join thru line to calculate the Look up table values for any intermediate speeds.

Is that right ??
