OK the thread is kind of over.

But I read it today and was curious to find out what kind of voltage will each bit represent at 24bit level and 40mV total span.

It came out to 2.38 nanoVolts - I am not sure if my calculation is correct!! Imagine getting a Voltmeter to read THAT. At these levels, assuming you read it, make sure nobody enters or leaves the room when the reading is being recorded!
