hello everyone,
I think this would help
As already mentioned C stands for CMOS
and F stands for QuickFlash memory(AT80F51).This kinda uC can only be programmed once and cannot be edited or reprogrammed.This can be done only by the manufaturer.U need to send them the hex file.
