hi everyone,
I do have a "MICROCONTROLLER DATA BOOK" dated December 1997,In this data book he has the following part numbers
AT80F51
AT80F52
AT89C1051
AT89C2051
AT89C51
AT89LV51
AT89C52
AT89LV52
AT89S8252
etc...

And it clearly says...that AT80F51 is of the type QuickFlash,and those guys those don't trust me here is the link for the datasheet...I guess this helps

And for other questions...

LV stands for "Low Voltage" meaning the device can work from 2.7v to 6v

S stands for serial programming is supported...meaning the device can be programmed suing SPI.
