#50477 - DO NOT USE -> EVER Responding to: ???'s previous message |
The 89 represents FLASH technologies.
The 'C' stands for CMOS technologies The 51 => 8051 based micro 80F51 is actualy a EPROM based micro (windowed) Do not use this controller any more for new designs !! If you LIKE problems during development/production, use the 80F51 controller. if you LIKE to get faster to your target hardware ... use the 89C51 contoller series. Have fun (de)coding |
