Yes I had a look at the ST6,7 and 10 products.
With an only paper analyse, I would prefer the AVR for their huge range of products. (More than 30 products with Flash, Ram, EEPROM, I/O, ADC combinations) using same toolchain.
Note that I havn't yet evaluated the products.
I have a meeting at the end of august with a dealer for AVR vs HC08 presentation.
