ALTERA MAX7000 are cost effective.
You can programm using MAXIIPLUS, from Altera, which allow you to code the CPLD with VHDL, schematic or equations. I've never used it but I've seen it working. Seems a good solution and really cost effective regarding I2C expanders for example. Stephane |
