I can't find the price for this one either.

I have used a similar device from NAIS (Matsushita), got them from Farnell because I only needed just a few. The device I have used is AQZ207 with a max. ON resistance of 3.2 Ohm. Price was abt. EUR 12,00/pce @ 25pcs, but I bet you would be able to get a better price.

I.R. (International Rectifier) also have a device that may be suitable; they are a lot cheaper.
