#51522 - FPGA training board

I just received the D2-DIO2 combo for FPGA and CPLD training kit, i got the boards, serial cable and a power supply just. No documentations no cds nothing, is this right?
I also ordered the euro power supply but got the us instead. vey long lead time also.
I just searched through their website www.digilentinc.com with no luck, most of the links don't work. If i get no software or documentations how on earth am I supposed to use the boards to learn!
has anyone got these boards?
