Its doesnt seem very good but what i would do is look at the xilinx websites reference design section as it has lots of tutorials and white papers on using cpld/fpga.Its not an ideal situation but better than nothing.
You can download the xilinx design enviroment or if you dont want to download all those files you can use their webfitter which is a server running their sybthesis software. You can also download the version of modelsim with the xilinx VITAL libraries. Or you could ask for your money back but you might not get very far if they are not very responsive. |
