That's the key I think.

All this buisness of 10 points , black list etc are going to be a very tough thing to enforce - simply because human responses and behaviour are subjective and based on mood swings.

And the very issue of offending is relative - lets take a simple instance - I have been posting here at least for a year and more. There has never been a case of any offense or injuring remark. In life most times we get served with what we prepare ;-)

I do agree that unprovoked offense - if it happens - either has to be ignored or simply ignored.
