it will not work. At least look at pin 1 of U1: /OE should be on ground. Moreover, check input and output: should D0/D1/D2 not be connected to Q0/Q1/Q2 instead Q1/Q2/Q3? U4: Vcc and Clock - should be connected to ...? Good days! |
