So, it's a proven fact that he never read datasheet! In datasheet there's a nice timing diagram, which ultimatvely shows that an active HIGH strobe pulse is needed, and that conversion is invoked with 1-to-0 edge at SOC.

About ten people have spent time and energy in order to help, but Charles didn't spent even one minute to have a look at datasheet! Sorry, but this is stressing me, indeed.
