hi,
1) if MOV P1,#00H clears LEDs - does it mean that you try to light them with `1`s? If no buffer between port and LEDs is used then it is wrong way: MCU cannot provide enough current via pins set to `1`.
2) Port 2 goes to the upper 8 bit address on the RAM. Why eight? Maybe to 6 bits - 16k requires only 14 address lines, isn`t it?
3)I have the ALE line tied to the enable on the 74LS373 Latch. To pin 11, yeah? Have you connected pin 1 of 74373 to ground as well?
4) Yet another connection: is chip select pin (indicated usualy CE/ or CS/) of that SRAM ground connected?
