What will the next question be???

"I don't have enough timers to do the multiplexing of the led displays AND the timing!!!" and maybe "how do you multiplex led displays" also "how do you convert a binary number to seven segment"!!!!

Sometimes there seems to be this expectation of a MAGIC answer even though the data sheet has been read and understood. The concept of TRADEOFF then comes into play - this requires thinking. That's what I get paid for.
Hey, I'm just feeling cynical today.....

My question to Simon Ho is: do you need to measure to microsecond resolution? Would millisecond be adequate? if so, that tradeoff could be used to solve his baud rate problem at 11.0592mhz.
