Glad to see we aren't taking this thread to personal.
I guess in summary James, you should provide a Reset to the processor in order to cause code execution. If you are designing a product expected to reliably reset you should consider a conditioned reset which may also help if you have additional circuitry that could benefit from a solid reset pulse. This conditioning could be performed by the myriad of supervisor chips available or you could build it out yourself stand-alone or as a component portion of any other circuitry that is required to solve your problem. regards, p |
